Full-Stack Developer (Laravel/Ruby on Rails)
Salary: $10.00 – $18.00 per hour based on experience.
Location: Fully Remote; working in India/Philippines.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Job Description
As a Full‑stack Developer, you’ll plan and design software, integrate APIs, learn new stacks fast, and bring forward creative solutions using Laravel, Ruby on Rails, Django, Node.js, React, and other frameworks depending on the project.
Requirements
- Strong experience in at least two major frameworks (Laravel, Rails, Django, Node.js, React)
- Able to design and plan solutions (data models, APIs, system flows)
- Comfortable learning new stacks quickly and documenting trade‑offs
- Solid database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ORM best practices)
- Familiar with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
- Bonus: DevOps familiarity (Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong communication – able to work directly with clients
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize full‑stack apps across multiple frameworks (Laravel, Rails, Django, Node.js, React, etc.)
- Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs to power web and mobile apps
- Read API docs, plan integrations, and handle OAuth/webhooks/error flows
- Write clean, scalable, testable code with strong QA workflows
- Collaborate with mobile & frontend devs to integrate portals, APIs, and backend systems
- Assist wherever needed: small backend endpoints, mobile API contracts, WordPress integrations
- Research & adopt new tools/frameworks to keep the business ahead of the curve
- Approach problems with a founder’s mentality – always looking for smarter, faster ways to deliver
